Strong anchoring with the Fischer through bolt

Practical benefits
  • Maximum load bearing performance: Using the standard anchorage depth gives you maximum load capacities, requiring fewer fixing points and smaller base plates.
  • Reduced drilling time on-site: The optional reduced anchorage depth lowers hole depth, allowing you to complete high-volume installations much faster.
  • Flexible adjustment and alignment: With the long M12 thread, you easily compensate for component tolerances and handle stand-off installations without hassle.

In a nutshell

The right choise for

With the Fischer fbn II 12/50 bolt anchor, you achieve dependable and secure fixings in non-cracked concrete and dense natural stone. Using the standard anchorage depth delivers maximum load capacity, allowing you to work with fewer fixing points and smaller base plates. When you need to complete high-volume installations quickly, the reduced anchorage depth minimizes drill hole depth to save valuable time on-site. Thanks to the long M12 thread and overall length of 146 mm, you easily compensate for building tolerances and carry out stand-off installations without hassle. This zinc-plated steel anchor is immediately load-bearing after tightening, making it ideal for railings, cable trays, beams, and steel brackets in dry indoor areas.

Product description

The cost-efficient fixing for flexible use in non-cracked concrete

The fischer bolt anchor FBN II is a steel anchor for cost-effective fixations in non-cracked concrete. Thanks to its long thread and the two anchorage depths, the fischer bolt anchor FBN II is particularly flexible. In addition to pre-positioned and push-through installation, the bolt anchor is suitable for stand-off installation. In the stainless steel design, the bolt anchor is suitable for façade sub-structures, cantilevers and ladders outside.

  • The standard anchorage depth achieves the maximum load-bearing capacities. Thus fewer fixing points and smaller anchor plates are required
  • The reduced anchorage depth reduces the drill hole depth. This minimises the amount of time needed for installation whilst increasing flexibility
  • The long thread balances component tolerances and allows for stand-off installations, thus increasing flexibility
  • Few hammer blows and the minimal torque slippage allow for a noticeably simpler installation
  • The drive-in pin protects the thread from damage, and thus ensures a faster installation and dismantling of the attachment

Suitable for

  • The FBN II is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation; also suitable for stand-off installation under certain conditions
  • Prior to installation, place the hexagon nut in the optimal position (the drive-in pin projects by approx. 3 mm out of the hexagon nut)
  • When applying the torque, the cone bolt is pulled into the expansion clip and expands it against the drill hole wall
  • The head embossing offers a simple control of the anchoring
  • In the case of series installation, we recommend using the FABS bolt anchor setting tool
